Ironically, I depend on data when I design. Designing for personal taste I believe is a pitfall to avoid at all costs. I design for the target audience of a piece. And yet, I have unique aesthetic. Here you will find many examples of how i achieve this balancing act.

As a student of communication, projects I undertake all begin the same way: by answering three questions in order. Who is the audience for this? What is the goal/purpose? What is the best way to achieve that goal/purpose? Marketing answers the final question.
