The “crown” logo I designed for Harvest Church in Conway, AR, remains one of my favorite designs. The crown is composed of twelve ripe strands of wheat and twelve thorns, to invoke fruitful harvest, the Christological thorn-crown, and the twelve disciples that began the church. The twenty-four elements are arrayed to call to mind the rose windows of the great cathedrals of Europe, as liturgy is an important part of this church’s worship.
